Moycullen Meats establised in 1985 in a small village in Moycullen Co.Galway by the Downey family. Moycullen Meats is a family owned and run business by brother & sister Dermot & Olivia Downey.

Steeped in tradition the factory in the Gaelthacht Moycullen has expanded and upgraded over the years with recently purchasing a brand new top of the range steam cooker in 2020 due to demand. This is so we can continue cooking ham slow the traditional way to the highest standard leaving you with a delicious succulent tender ham. The proof is in the taste.

We have proven ourselves over the past 40 years to be one of Irelands best and most loved ham. Using traditinal methods and new innovations , we have refined our craft, merging the old with the new to offer the very best Irish Ham has to offer.
